Has brand new covered cushions but they need to resized
Has portable ac unit

Ac Dc and has shore power outlet and 2 -30amp cables
I splashed in May so Bottom just painted
Top can be use new paint . Im planning to do also if I do price will me different for sure .

Vhf radio . Bluetooth radio
I also have st2000 autopilot I can add but need to get socket for connection
Has anchor and anchor chain
Has pressure water system
Has holding tank
Fresh water tank
Sailboat in Southport Nc . Reason we are selling is me and my wife decided to go bigger size boat for her comfort :)
