REMARKS Owner has been keeping the yacht in ship-shape condition, with regular charters during summer, 2009, 2010. Deck repainted 2009. Hull

repainted 2010, bottom anti-fouling annually, cockpit and diving platform newly done out with artificial NUteak 2009. The mast length was

increased during manufacture to enable larger sail area for better performance. was This is a fast performance boat that won many races in

Florida, but at the same time is a comfortable cruiser for short coastal trips.
