Description:
I have a 1981 Watkins XL-23 fiberglass, swing keel day sailer or weekender for sale. I have the main sail and a jib. Both in good shape. I'll sell with all the usual Coast Guard required equipment. I'll sell with or without the trailer. The trailer that It's sitting on is really to big a trailer for this boat. But works well to transport. This is a project boat.
