We are the 3rd owners. We purchased her in Sag Harbor, NY in 2017. She spent her life in the NE, where she sailed seasonally for 34 years. We took her full-time cruising for about 5k nautical miles. We are transitioning to land life.
She is currently on the hard in St. Mary's, Georgia. We have just completed all pertinent maintenance and she is ready to splash. Recent work:
-Lite sand and bottom painted, shaft zinc, polished gelcoat --West Marine PCA gold multi-season -Rudder dropped, inspected, greased, tef-gel, bearings refurbished --refurbished with west system 423 graphits -New boat freshwater pump installed -Whale gusher foot pumps serviced -Varnish/woodwork scheduled for January 2021
March 2020 boat pulled out of the water in Morehead City, NC: -Three coats of Pettit Ultima SR-40 (1gal black, 2gal blue)
During Winter 2018-2019: -Replaced CNG stove with Origo alcohol oven/stove top -Added SeaFrost refrigeration -Replaced cabin sole only in the main saloon -replaced aluminum mast boot plate -Soda-blasted bottom and applied Pettit epoxy barrier coat -Replaced interior upholstery with Sunbrella dupion-celeste -Replaced saloon cushion material (summer 20) |
