Please reach out with any questions or wanting to go for a sail and check it out. I currently have it at a mooring and am able to show you the ropes if need be. Bought this as my first sailboat last Summer. The previous owner completely restored it and sailed it in all the lakes, so he would always use the trailer. I could not have asked for a better sailboat.

STARTING FROM STERN TO BOW
STERN:
-Rudder that can be lowered all the way down or raised
-4 x solar panels with charge controller
-2 panels in rear are 100W each/other 2 on boat are 50W each
-Aft cabin - has porter potty underneath cover (brand new) many storage bins, cabin lights, stereo control in both aft and forward cabin
sleeps 2 6'3" ppl comfortably
-Full access to rear of engine
-Yanmar Engine YS8 - completely restored. Always start right up. All spare parts are aboard if ever needed
-In aft cabin you can access the water filter sucking the water from for the engine cooling
CENTER OF BOAT
-Center cockpit has storage locker that hold 22 gal diesel tank, 2xbatteries, electronics, charge controller, and a ton of safety equipment, lifejackets, AIS BUOY, lights, horns, signals, instructions, PLACARDS
-Steering wheel with gyroscope compass.
-Seat cushions
-B&G V7 - has fish finder, maps, info of other vessels such as heading, speed, interception course, name, type, etc, also has engine instruments, music control, and a lot of other things

-I am 62 and I do have to hunch a little to walk in there. But it is very cozy and great for camping or living if you are adventurous

- The mast can be lower with 1 or 2 people.

-Speed over ground indicator is underneath the v birth, I can show if need be how to replace as well. Spare ones are on board.
-The trailer is very easy to get this boat on and off, especially with those guide rails.(BUT REMEMBER TO always lower the keel when it is on the trailer so that the keel doesnt bobble up and down while on the road)
This boat is fully equipped and ready for offshore sailing. It is meant to sail somewhere without ever having to dock. Like I said the previous owner completely rebuilt a lot on this boat, so it is like brand new. Everything is operational, besides 1 cabin light and 1 DC adapter in the forward cabin. I can provide more photos for you if need be. I have plenty.
